Some fun little AI tests I did in Midjourney to experiment

decision
I really liked the slight mysterious but also elegant mood this image is capturing.
Personally I haven't explored this color palette and I really thought it would be fun!
Lots of potential with mediums here, I was thinking about a whole 3D scene, maybe even cel animation, or even vectors would be fun...

start
These are the wing designs, moon and tree design I did in Photoshop.
Except the wings, I drew 5 versions of each element to create the animation in 3D.

process
In this version, I have most of the textures made and scene built in C4d. Some kind people gave me critiques about the lighting and water water, so later on you will see improvements on that.
Then I stylized a few frames in PS to enhance the painterly feel of this piece, blurred the edged to make the atmosphere seem softer
Finally, I imported my drawings to an AI tool called EbSynth, which helps artists stylize their animations based on reference images you submit. After tweaking a few frames after the export from that, I added audio, did a little post work, and that is it!

style test
In this whole project, I wanted to capture the mood and enchanted vibe of the AI version best as possible. I experimented with vector shapes, blurs and bloom. In the end I liked the 3d/painting style better because not only it fits the moodiness and elegance of this piece., but also provided more animation potentials.
